Unopened items

Unopened, sealed items in original cellophane may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Opened items

For hygiene and safety, opened or used fragrances and body sprays are final sale.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.
